At EvenKeel Performance Insoles, we are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your custom insoles, we offer a comprehensive return policy as outlined below:

42-Day Money Back Guarantee

We want you to give our custom insoles a fair trial. Therefore, we provide a 42-day money back guarantee. 42 Days!? Why not 30 or 60? Well, besides the fact that we love the number 42 (It is afterall, the "the answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe, and everything") this amount of time gives you a little more than a month to get comfortable in your new orthotic insoles. The 42-day trial period commences from the date of purchase.

If, within the 42-day period, you find that the insoles do not meet your expectations, you may return them to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned insoles, we will issue a full refund. As these are custom products, they will be destroyed upon return and cannot be reused.

1-Year Guarantee on Top Cover

We honor a 1-year guarantee against any wear and tear of the fabric top cover materials. This guarantee is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. If the fabric top cover materials wear out within this period, you may return the insoles to us (shipping and handling fees apply). We will replace JUST the top cover and ship the insoles back to you at no additional cost. This replacement can be utilized only once within the first year. Top Cover art can not be altered from original printing.

5-Year Guarantee on the Orthotic Device

Our custom insoles are designed to last, and we stand behind their durability with a 5 year guarantee against wear and tear of the EVA foam base and EVA foam upper materials. If the EVA materials wear out within 5 years of the initial purchase, you may return the insoles to us and receive a replacement insole device. This guarantee allows for one replacement within the 5-year period.

Return Instructions

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@evenkeelinsoles.com for a return authorization and instructions. Ensure that the insoles are returned in their original packaging to expedite processing.

Terms and Conditions

The 42-day money back guarantee applies only to the first purchase of the custom insoles.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned insoles.
The 1-year and 5-year guarantees are limited to wear and tear under normal usage conditions.
Replacements under the 1-year and 5-year guarantees are subject to the same return shipping costs.
